Athumi Calus<\/strong> is vinified from the Sangiovese and Petit Verdot<\/strong> grape varieties grown on terrains of volcanic origin.
\nThe designation Athumi Calus\u2014the Etruscan words for Nobility and Excellent<\/strong>\u2014are a testament to the high quality of this wine, thanks also to the long ageing period, 20 months in new oak barrels.
\nThere is a surprising mix of varietal aromas on the nose, red berries<\/strong> with spices and balsamic notes<\/strong>.
